Property Mall was established in the year 2003. We are based in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Our agency provides the full range of real estate agency services. Our practice is in compliance with the Malaysian Real Estate Agency Laws and guidelines issued by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (www.lppeh.gov.my). Our Principal is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) (www.miea.com.my).

Property Mall is located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Our real estate agency serves the communities in Cheras, Ampang & other surrounding regions of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.

With trained sales personnel, all of whom are well versed in the respective sectors and territories we are well prepared to deliver effective real estate agency services.

Our full time Real Estate Negotiators provide personal and professional service in the sale, purchase and leasing / lettings of the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and Development Land. We also negotiate Joint Ventures and market New Projects for Property Developers.

Kelvin started his first real estate agency as a sole proprietor in the year 1994.

Prior to establishing his own practice, he has worked several years in two International Property Consultancy firms, namely Raine & Horne Zaki + Partners and KGV Lambert Smith Hampton.

He has passed all written and oral examinations for Real Estate Agency Practice set by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia and awarded the authority to practice (E 1221).

He is currently serving as Treasurer of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). He has also served as a Member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents representing estate agents in Malaysia from 2001 to 2005.
